We had a wonderful time at the resort, enjoying the beautiful beach and spacious bungalows. The staff was supportive during a family emergency, which made a tough situation much easier. However, some cleaning issues and less-than-friendly reception staff left a bit to be desired. Overall, it was a decent experience.
This resort offers a beautiful and peaceful beachfront, along with attentive service from the staff. The rooms are clean and spacious, making it a great value for money. While the dining options were decent, they could use a bit more variety. Overall, the quiet atmosphere and stunning location made for a relaxing getaway.
I had a wonderful 14-day stay at the Viva V in Samana. The resort was charming and not overly large, making it easy to explore. The beach was stunning with long walks possible in both directions. The staff were incredible, especially Alejandro at the lobby bar and the upbeat Wisandra. Dining options were varied and delightful, with standout dishes. However, the pillows in the room could use an upgrade, which slightly affected the comfort level. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, enjoying its beautiful grounds and clean beach. The staff went out of their way to provide great customer service, and I especially appreciated Luis for making my birthday extra special. However, the dining options left a bit to be desired, as the buffet food wasn't always fresh. Overall, I'd say it was a memorable vacation with some room for improvement.
We had a lovely stay at this small, adult-only resort. The beach was stunning, and the staff made the experience enjoyable, despite occasional inconsistencies in service. The rooms were comfortable, though they had a bit of a musty smell. Dining was good, but not amazing, and the overall vibe was perfect for a relaxing getaway rather than a party atmosphere.
